EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE SERVICES To find a job or to maintain your position on the labour market, take advantage of our free services that will provide a comprehensive or a targeted approach. COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH Our comprehensive approach specialized employment services applies only to people visually impaired, totally blind, born visually impaired, or those who became blind because of an illness or an accident, and who are eligible for programs and measures offered by the Emploi-Québec Agency.		TARGETED APPROACH Our targeted approach specialized employment services is addressed to persons with physical disabilities caused by an illness or accident and receiving short- term (STD) or long-term (LTD) disability benefits through the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité au travail (CSST) or a private insurer.
