Sphère-Québec ensures the implementation of individual measures subsidized by the fund for integration of persons with disabilities (FIPD) of the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC).

After verifying the eligibility of a participant and assessing the relevance of a project, the specialized counsellors of Horizon-travail agency can use the FIPD in order to ensure the success of the integration of persons with disabilities into the labour market.
