The Nazareth & Louis-Braille Institute (INLB) is part of the Health and Social Services Network of Québec having the task of adaptation, rehabilitation, and educational, professional, and social integration of visually impaired persons.

As such, the Institute is one of the largest contributors of specialized employment agency Horizon-travail, both in referring participants and in accompanying the persons with visual disabilities in their journey towards integration into the labour market
